UNIA unites 37 organizations actively operating at the finance and property markets. We represent over 90 percent of the Ukrainian mortgage lending sector in terms of outstanding mortgage loans.

The ultimate objective of creation and operation of UNIA is to promote multy-aspect development of mortgage relationship and dissemination of the mortgage finance system across Ukraine. UNIA is a member of the European Mortgage Federation.
