Olexey Pylypets
	Executive Director
	Olexey Pylypets has been with UNIA since its foundation. He took part in all UNIA initiatives and gained valuable experience while working in various areas of UNIA operation. Mr. Pylypets graduated from Kyiv National Economic University (specialty: International Business Administration). He defended Ph.D. thesis in the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. Prior to joining UNIA, Olexey Pylypets worked as a credit expert, consultant, and mortgage lending specialist at the State Savings Bank and Western NIS Enterprise Fund. Mr. Pylypets is fluent in English and Russian.

	Denis Shchegolkov
	Legal Advisor
	Denis Shchegolkov joined the UNIA team in January 2008. He graduated from the law faculty of Kyiv National University named after T. Shchevchenko as a specialist in Corporate law. Prior to join UNIA, Mr. Shchegolkov had been working at Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax & Legal Consultant. Mr. Shchegolkov speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Russian fluently.

	Irina Kovalyshyn
	Head of Analitical Department
	Irina Kovalyshyn has been an UNIA analyst since 2005. She graduated from Lviv Banking Institute within the National Bank of Ukraine (specialty: Banking). She has a substantial experience of research and policy studies in the mortgage lending area and at the financial services market. She won the 2005 Pan-Ukrainian Banking Contest. Prior to joining UNIA, Irina Kovalyshyn worked at the Advisory Support and External Audit Coordination Office of TAS-ComertsBank. Currently, Mrs. Kovalyshyn is a post graduate student of Lviv Banking Institute within the National Bank of Ukraine. She is fluent in English and Russian.
